 Our Services

At SPOT we hold ourselves to the highest quality standards in the products we provide. We're committed to the use of leading edge technology and state-of-the-art materials in the design and fabrication of our upper- and lower-limb prosthetics and orthotic devices. Each appliance is quality controlled by an experienced technician, and inspected by a certified prosthetist before delivery. The appliance must be found to be structurally sound, functional, well crafted, and cosmetically pleasing. Only then will it be presented to the patient for his or her approval, trial and acceptance. Our superior service and dedication to our patients is the key to our success.

SPOT is proud to be one of few certified providers now fitting our patients with the latest technology in products for above-the-knee amputees. The C-Leg® by Otto Bock Health Care is a computer-controlled knee-shin system worn by hundreds of people worldwide. The C-leg will help you navigate the most uneven terrain with confidence and a secure and more natural gait.

Harmony VASS

SPOT is also the Utah leader in fitting and delivering the Otto Bock Harmony VASS system. Research shows these patients lose six to twelve percent of their residual limb volume in the course of a day, leaving the limb smaller than the prosthetic socket. With Harmony's vacuum-assisted technology, the residual limb size stays the same and the prosthesis fits better all day long.

Flex-FootŪEvery amputee can benefit from the Flex-FootŪ full-length toe lever, simulated ankle motion, proportional response and shock absorption. Most important, in lower limb prosthetics, is the function of the heel. Each step you take starts with the "heel strike," but most other products have a "pseudo" heel or no heel at all. Heel motion is the lifeline of a natural gait and simple tibial progression without having to "push" or work to get through each step. Get more information on the Flex-Foot from the experts at SPOT.

Flex-FootŪSPOT treats infants with cranial re-molding orthoses for plagiocephaly and other conditions.
